How to activate your eSIM:

1. Make sure your device supports eSIM and is connected to Wi-Fi.
2. Open Settings → Cellular / Mobile Data → Add eSIM / Add data plan.
3. Scan the QR code from your order (the "My purchases" section or the email). Can't scan? Choose "Enter details manually" and enter the SM-DP+ address and activation code (LPA) from your order.
4. Wait for the profile to install. Enable mobile data and roaming for it if needed.
5. The eSIM activates automatically when you first connect to a network at your destination.

Note: the profile can be installed only once — do not delete the eSIM after installation.

If something goes wrong — no money is charged, the order is cancelled automatically. For any questions, contact support.
